Prayer to Higher Self
​Please enter on my breath. Please *SOAR into my heart. Please stay with me for awhile until I feel love. I want to love all parts of myself, all parts that I've shut out, all parts that I've escaped and ran from. Now. Please come in and help me re-integrate all lost parts. Thank you.

Child. My loving child. You are so beautiful, so delightfully bold, gracious; audacious. Just know that you are all, you are everything. You are a spark of the Infinite Creator. A beautiful, lovely, gentle, loving little rose, beautifully smelling, beautifully delicate – so appealing from the inside and from the outside.


The world needs you. It needs your aroma; your scent, your taste, your feel, your presence, and your Light.


Don't forgo all that you've done. Keep going. Keep feeling. Keep dreaming. Keep working. Keep on. Simply come as you are.


It's all worth it. Work means pain. Work means venturing into the unknown – going until you feel like it's enough and then choosing to take time to rest and rejuvenate. Self-regulation will allow you to conquer your emotions, to use emotions as a guide – reminding you of where you are. If you're feeling depressed, lethargic, angry, nervous or resentful, don't deny, simply acknowledge, “I feel (sad, angry, etc). Moods help us become self-aware. You are not your moods. Your body holds your emotions. Listen to what your body is telling you. You have the power to change your moods.


Ask and you shall receive. Rejuvenation is knowing how to come to Me, to attune with your higher Self – to ask for rest, relief, to be heard. Ask that you hear your inner voice, that little voice inside -- so frightened, so afraid of being heard, so afraid of being ridiculed.


Your authentic self is calling. Until you dig deeply, until you risk feeling what it is you've been hiding, you will remain contracted and scared, unable to unleash your potential.


You have unlimited potential, and it's for you to realize. It's not up to anyone else but you. You are the maker, the creator, the writer.


Go forth child and write and dream and believe.
Fly, fly high and SOAR.
