Stop Saying No to the Now.     The “W” of Wholeness — Ego and Soul
Inspired by Eckhart Tolle’s teaching: “Stop saying no to the Now.”

What Does It Mean to Stop Saying “No” to the Now?
Every time we resist what is — wishing the moment were different, judging ourselves, or clinging to the past or future — we are saying “No” to the Now.

When we take the N-O out of the word NOW, we are left with the W — the Whole Self.
That W represents the two aspects within each of us:
• The Ego — the protective, fearful, controlling self
• The Soul — the wise, observing, compassionate essenceLearning to see which voice is speaking helps us return to peace, presence, and our true baseline.

The Two Voices Within: Ego vs. Soul Aspect
The Ego (Fearful Self)

The Soul (Essence Self)

How to Know Which One Is Leading
Take a moment to ask:
“Am I acting or reacting from my Ego or from my Soul right now?”

You can tell by noticing your energy signature:
• If your body feels tense, breath shallow, thoughts racing → the ego is in charge.
• If you feel spacious, compassionate, or grounded even in uncertainty → the soul is leading.

A Simple Practice: Saying Yes to the Now
1. Pause and Notice
Become aware of what’s happening in this exact moment.
Don’t change it — just observe.

2. Breathe and Feel
Take one slow breath.
Feel your feet, your heart, your breath.
Allow what’s here to be here.

3. Say “Yes” to the Now
Whisper inwardly:
“I say yes to this moment, exactly as it is.”
This “yes” doesn’t mean you approve --it means you are no longer fighting reality.
You are present enough to respond rather than react.

The “W” of Wholeness
W = Ego + Soul
When both aspects are seen, accepted, and integrated, we experience wholeness.
The “W” reminds us that both sides belong -- our fear and our faith, our control and our surrender.

Reflection Prompts
• Where in my life do I often say “No” to the Now?
(fighting, resisting, or wishing things away)

• What does my body feel like when I’m in ego versus when I’m in soul?

• How can I invite my soul’s voice to guide me today?

Remember
“When you stop saying No to the Now, you meet yourself in the W -- the wholeness of who you truly are.”

By using printable charts, digital guides, or smartphone apps, you can measure your finger comfortably, ensuring the ring you order will fit perfectly. This convenience eliminates guesswork and avoids the frustration of returns or resizing.

Passionate about self-healing and empowering others to take healing into their own hands.

This blog offers safe space for rediscovering our secret Jewels. My hope is to inspire and empower sincere seekers to join me in activating inner power for recognizing newfound energy as Source and yourself as the ultimate Resource.

Core Healing has changed my life!

Life-time student, grateful wife and mother to three boys (30, 27, 22) and a loyal, loving Parson Russell Terrier (14).

Blessed to spend nine years living out on the West Coast in self-discovery.  Years that brought well-needed space and recovery -- healing, perspective, appreciation and balance -- providing readiness for returning back to the East Coast (since 2013) in order to care for elderly parents and to pursue my  true work.

Thanks to Eckhart Tolle, Bikram Yoga, Guru Paramahansa Yogananda & SRF, running, writing, and doTERRA essential oils as they have been instrumental resources/tools for realizing and rediscovering who I am -- helping me to become aware, to find strength, balance, and inner peace.

I am most grateful for divine guidance and timing as the universe aligned me with Dr. David Berceli, gifting me TRE®, the perfect complementary healing modality that is allowing me to take healing into my own hands.   With consistent TRE practice, I am currently completely pain free and feeling calmly energized, grounded, and empowered.
It has given me resiliency so that I am now able to thrive rather than simply survive. I am now navigating life's challenges with greater ease and grace.

Recently, I trained with Don Conreaux, Master of the Gong.  I am incorporating sound healing into TRE sessions, also emphasizing breath work, visualizations, affirmations, and aromatherapy.  This work continues to amaze me as it is so simple, yet so powerfully effective!

My life mission is to help others to access their innate healing powers so to ground the soul Self so one can become self-supporting.

My work is an extension of my joy and appreciation for everything I've experienced, suffered, and learned and uncovered, especially between 2007 until now.
